Swasthia Diagnostic ("Swasthia", "we", "us") operates a mobile application for booking medical laboratory tests in India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture, obtained via Google Sign-In when you create an account. • Health-related information: the laboratory tests you book, prescriptions you upload, and test reports generated from those bookings. • Location data: your approximate GPS coordinates, used only to show relevant collection centres near you. We do not track your location in the background. • Device information: basic device identifiers used for app functionality and crash diagnostics.

• To process and fulfil your lab test bookings. • To display your test reports and order history inside the app. • To communicate order status, confirmations, and support responses. • To improve the reliability and performance of the app. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Cashfree under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. For cash-on-delivery orders, no financial data is collected.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. On deletion, all your personal data, orders, addresses, prescriptions, and reports are permanently erased.

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information. • Deletion: delete your account and all associated data from within the app. • Portability: request an export of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@swasthia.com.

The app uses the following third-party services: • Google Sign-In (authentication) • Supabase (database and file storage) • Cashfree Payments (payment processing) • Google Maps (location and address selection)

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Users may add family members (including minors) for the purpose of booking tests; that data is managed by the account-holding adult.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
